Creative Direction, UI/UX, VISUAL DESIGN, STRATEGY

Throughout my career I’ve worked in a number of capacities on interactive projects—from creative direction on website overhauls for international manufacturing companies, financial institutions, and graduate schools, to user-experience and visual design for several universities (JHU, Tufts, UNCSA, Broad College of Business). I’ve also managed the minutiae of email, sponsored social media, and paid search campaigns—utilizing A/B testing and analytics to further customize communications to target audiences. I’m drawn to the challenges and complexity inherent in large-scale interactive projects—they require concise communication to a variety of user groups, intuitive navigation and a seamless user-experience on a multitude of devices, and they’re not only transactional and informational, but they must convey the brand of an institution.
